Delivery Information

We aim to provide next working* day delivery on all stocked items when ordered before 1.30 pm. We will contact you if we are out of stock of anything on your order, or if we need to substitute an item, to give you an estimated date that the goods are due into us.

Due to their nature, some items are subject to longer delivery times. Concerning larger devices and special-order items, for example, we will inform you of this at the time of ordering and keep you fully updated until the items are delivered.

*Working days are Monday to Friday except for bank holidays.

Delivery charges are: £8 up to 1kg, £10 1kg to 5kg, £15 above 5kg

For any exceptional delivery charges, we shall contact you in advance to agree an appropriate and binding tariff. Any shipment not successfully delivered due to the incorrect address having been supplied will be returned to us and we reserve the right to re charge carriage upon re shipping. Any damaged goods or delivery discrepancies must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.
