One or more of the items you are purchasing may be eligible for VAT relief (0% rate) if the recipient has a ‘chronic illness’ such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea or Asthma and will be using the goods for personal or domestic use.
If you do not tick the box, VAT will be applied at the standard rate. For more information, please refer to HMRC VAT Notice 701/7. This applies to all EU orders, except for deliveries to Ireland, where VAT will be charged at the standard Irish rate.
UK businesses must always pay the standard UK VAT rate and leave the box unticked.

Customer’s Declaration: I, (identified by my registered name and billing address) declare that the recipient of these goods has a qualifying chronic illness or disability and is receiving the items listed in this order for personal or domestic use. I, therefore, claim VAT relief. By ticking the box, I acknowledge that I am signing this Declaration as of the date of this order.
