Over 40 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing management plus Customer Insights, an understanding of customer needs and data analysis.

With a passion for customer service and continuous improvement, I joined RemServe in March 2020 and was tasked with raising awareness of the product range we have to offer and delighting our customers with first-class service and support.

Passing on as much knowledge as possible before hoping to retire to somewhere lovely, peaceful and sunny!

I started with Remserve Medical in the January of 2013 after taking 9 years out of the industry. I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey we have made from its humble beginnings to an international company, meeting with the dedicated staff of the NHS who buy our products and on occasions the users of the products is what brings to life the job.

I do love every aspect of the products we sell but my passion lies within Paediatrics, a specialist area that Remserve leads in with its mask range. My role takes me all over the country and gives me the opportunity to experience the diverse nature of the NHS and the struggles it faces. But has also shown me that these dedicated staff of the NHS know how to let their hair down and party, one of my favourite things to do!

30 + years in Manufacturing Operations & General Management for highly regulated companies in both Automotive & Medical Device industries, this has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience, add to this a continuous improvement mindset means I enjoy my day every day, as it’s an opportunity to learn something new.

I have a strong interest in people and a real passion to help develop their careers, I’m a firm believer in creating environments where people can do their best work and can continuously grow their knowledge and skills to ultimately fulfil their potential.

Since joining Remserve in April 2023 I do get to make a lot of Tea, but I also get to do what I love best, work with great team of people every day.

The end of my day takes me home to my wife Dawn & my Dog Jenson.

I am a resident IT guru at RemServe Medical with a passion for Business Development. With over 10 years here at RemServe, I have cultivated a deep understanding of RemServe from almost every angle and have consistently delivered results in growing the company from warehouse space to new office space.

After graduating from Leeds College of Technology with a National Diploma for IT Practitioners in Software Development, I embarked on my professional journey at SNT and VocaLink, where I honed my skills in Service Delivery, Tech Support and Project Management. I am fuelled by a passion for streamlining the company’s ability to run efficiently and making other departments’ workloads easier by using the latest in “smart” and AI technologies to automate tasks where possible.

Outside of the office, I like to stream content on Twitch and take part in 2 x 24-hour gaming streams to raise money for various charities. I’m also an avid Formula One fan and find myself awake to watch even the Japanese races which often start at 5 am!

I joined RemServe Medical in 2022 after contributing to the Office of National Statistics’ Covid-19 data study. I brought my diverse expertise in psychology, account management, and customer service to the healthcare sales arena. With a passion for building relationships, I thrive in collaborative environments where I can make a difference in patients’ lives and support medical professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy the beauty of the North Wales countryside where I live, sharing adventures with my wife and three children, and exploring new destinations through travel.

I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Textiles and have a background in art, makeup and holistic therapies. I’ve had a variety of jobs, along with years of honing customer service skills in retail and freelancing. This led me to join Remserve Medical in 2018. I’m passionate about nurturing and building strong customer relationships. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. I look forward to watching RemServe flourish and grow.
